Do-It-Yourself Projects

We offer limited DIY capacity on a first-come, first-serve basis. DIY slots come with access to the yard during business hours and optional equipment rental.

Yard Rules

Follow these guidelines to keep your slot and keep the yard safe for everyone.

No DIY Bottom Painting All bottom paint jobs must be scheduled with the in-house team. No exceptions.

Access Hours Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Weekend access by prior arrangement only. No overnight stays.

Scope & Schedule Required Submit a clear scope of work and confirm your launch date before arriving. No scope, no slot.

Your Labor Only All work performed by the customer. Specialized trades go through the yard. Adults only.

Cleanliness is Non-Negotiable Sweep daily, contain chemicals, and return all borrowed gear in good condition.
